Refund Policy

We reserve the right to provide digital services and digital products for sale on this website.  We may also provide free services, which we may at times use to offer you further paid services which we feel your submission may require.  We will never solicit any instruction which we do not genuinely consider necessary.

In the case of services, please note that the fees quoted are for the labour we provide, and once we begin work are non-refundable; if you are not happy with the outcome of our services, we assume the right to make every effort to correct any aspect of the work with which you are displeased, at no extra charge.  As clearly stated on the website, payment for book reviews does not imply a favourable review in any way, and once work has started they are non-refundable, even in the case that you are unhappy with the review.

If you change your mind or withdraw your instruction before we begin work you will be refunded in full, however, we do reserve the right to retain from the fee any reasonable costs we may have incurred as a result of the instruction; in this instance we can bear no responsibility for any fees or charges which may be applied by our payment merchant (eg. Paypal).  If we are unable to carry out or complete the instruction for any reason you will be refunded in full.

In the case of digital products, these may be provided via a third-party vendor.  Most are delivered very quickly, and once this has taken place are non-refundable, unless faulty or incorrect.

Payments are processed via a third-party payment merchant, which in the immediate future may include Paypal, Sagepay, Worldpay, Stripe and any other merchant service we feel will offer the best customer service and maximize our own potential.  We can accept no responsibility for any losses which are incurred as a result of third-party negligence or malfunction, liability for which will rest with them.  We will, however, endeavour to assist you in any way we possibly can should you experience negligence on their part whilst purchasing our services. We reserve the right to stop using any merchant without providing notice to users of this website, if we feel they are not meeting our required level of service.

None of the above is intended to be contradictory to your statutory rights.
